The Work
Seeing clearly has a cost. Sometimes the cost is social: you become the person who notices what the room is invested in not noticing. Sometimes it is institutional: the report, metric, process, or incentive structure points somewhere inconvenient. Sometimes it is personal: the thing you now see asks you to revise a story that was holding part of your life together.
The work is not stubbornness, heroic self-image, or forcing other people into a frame before the frame has been tested. It is narrower and harder: keep contact with what has become visible, preserve the evidence with its force intact, and stay available to correction while refusing the bargain that would make clarity disappear.

This category does not yet have admitted v0.1 tool profiles. That is intentional for the first draft: the category names a real Knowledge problem, but its tool set should not be invented for symmetry.
The next admission pass should look for practices that help a person, team, or institution preserve perception under cost: keeping adverse evidence live, protecting source-close perception from institutional smoothing, naming the cost of clarity without converting that cost into proof, and separating the courage to continue seeing from the certainty that one has already seen correctly.
