The Work

Seeing is not the end of Reality. If perception never changes action, it becomes spectatorship with better vocabulary.

This category holds the moment after a person, team, or institution has read something real about the world: a pattern, constraint, harm, incentive, opening, or failure. The question is what action can be taken that remains faithful to what was seen. That rules out three evasions: forcing the world to match a preferred model, calling delay humility, or using analysis as shelter from responsibility. The action has to follow the grain of reality as it has been read.

Acting on What You See is the discipline of turning perception into action that remains answerable to evidence and to those affected.

The Tools

Wu Wei. The source-inherited practice of non-forcing action: intervening from contact with conditions rather than from domination, impatience, or self-display. Ziran is carried inside this profile as the naturalness or self-so ordering that wu wei answers to, not as a separate v0.1 tool.

Satyagraha. The source-inherited practice of truth-force: acting publicly from fidelity to truth through nonviolent discipline, willingness to bear cost, and refusal to coerce the opponent into compliance.
